I had the pleasure, thanks to Ricardo Sookdeo, to talk about mission and noble purpose at a talent event at ING, in their impressive Amsterdam headquarters. It struck me how much the 150 future leaders are interested in the themes of personal mission and living with meaning. It’s encouraging to see how the future generation is much more than just a virtual communicating population!
